新頭殼newtalk 2015.04.30 林立芸/編譯報導聯合國29日宣布要為尼泊爾震災區募款4.15億美元，以幫助政府在未來3個月的災民安頓計畫。

據BBC報導，尼泊爾政府宣稱國家已經幾乎快被災難壓垮，鎮暴警察也協助鎮壓想要離開加德滿都(Kathmandu)的居民，截至目前為止，地震已經造成超過5000人死亡，1萬多人受傷。

聯合國宣稱至少有800百萬名居民受到影響，大約7萬多所房屋被毀，雖然截至目前搜救行動不斷進行，但在距離震央的偏遠村落，仍缺乏庇護所、食物和水。

29日在加德滿都，大批災民抗議遲來的救援行動，並急著離開加德滿都，政府已派出鎮暴警察鎮壓，目擊者說，抗議的災民爬上救援水車，將水瓶扔到加道上造成動亂，在距離加德滿都東岸的多爾卡(Dolakha)，當地居民打破窗戶，闖進行政機關。

不過，29日以來，加德滿都部分區域已恢復運作，在外避難4天後，一些居民已經回家休息，部份商店也已經開張。

聯合國駐尼泊爾國家調查員傑米?麥戈德里克（Jamie McGoldrick）指出，即將到來的颱風季節將會增加救援工作的難度，因此，呼籲所需款項需立即到位。目前，聯合國中央應急基金已經為救援工作劃撥了1500萬美元的資金。

聯合國表示，此次發起的募款考慮到援助規模及偏遠山區2方面的需求，將為在戶外露宿的50萬災民提供避難所，為420萬人提供飲用水和衛生設施，預估140萬災民得到緊急糧食援助、210萬兒童和52.5萬婦女得到災後保障項目。
